After the unexpected success of the 1st “Ascen.tec”, the preparations for the next one have already begun. 2nd “Ascen.tec” will take place in Athens, on 22-24 May, 2020.
A new exhibition was born in Greece. It is the international exhibition “Ascen.tec – Elevator Technologies”. After the unexpected success of the first event the preparations for the next one have already begun. Exhibitors expressed their complete satisfaction with their participation in “Asce.tec 2019” and their intention to take part in the next one in 2020. “Technoekdotiki/T-Press” has already announced that the 2nd international exhibition “Ascen.tec” is going to take place in Athens, on 22 – 24 May 2020. The organizing team is preparing a bigger and more complete event aiming to become the leading exhibition in Greece in the elevator sector.
The first event took place from 10 to 12 May 2019 at the MEC Exhibition Center in Athens. The success of the “Technoekdotiki / T-Press’s”* initiative for the elevator industry surpassed all expectations and exhibitors and visitors have already renewed their appointment for the next year.
“Technoekdotiki / T-Press” organized for the first time a fully specialized and credible exhibition for the elevator sector and after more than ten years since the last specialized exhibition was held in Greece, fulfilled a market desire. The Exhibition was strongly supported by the participation of the sector’s companies and institutions. The attendance from all over the country was massive.
During the three days of the exhibition professionals from the industry and related industries had the opportunity to meet each other, exchange views and launch new collaborations. Representatives of manufacturers, certification bodies, importers and dealers met lift installers and maintainers, homeowners, building manufacturers, civil engineers, architects, as well as representatives of municipalities and public organizations.
Alongside the exhibition “Ascen Tec Forum” covered every aspect of the elevator sector. Key market players had the opportunity to discuss and exchange views on common challenges and achievements and to present their work.
